Client Testimonials and Comments

We post client testimonials and comments on our Websites, which may contain personal information.

We obtain each client’s consent via email prior to posting the client’s name and testimonial.

Information About Children

The website and services are not intended for or targeted at children under 16, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information about them. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a child under 16, please contact us at YourData@protean-ml.com so that we may immediately delete the information.

Keeping and storing your data

If you’re a current or past client, we’ll keep a copy of your personal details for no longer than 6 years from the time your active relationship with us ends.  Holding on to data allows us to keep accurate records for tax purposes and to handle any future complaints.

All personal data that we collect is stored within the European Economic Area (‘EEA’).

Our security measures to protect personal data

We maintain reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to help protect against the unauthorised access, use, and disclosure of personal data you voluntarily provide to us. Where we use third-party software to host your data, we will remain the data controller and take all appropriate actions to ensure that this Privacy Policy applies.
